Do You Provide an API for a QR Scanner Tool? 

Yes, the API is provided as part of the paid plan. It includes a set number of credits, depending on your premium plan.

What Happens If I Reach My API Limit? 

Once you reach the API limit, it will stop working. You will be notified that you are out of API credits via an email and your dashboard. After that, you can choose to buy more credits or renew your subscription. 

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with the following methods depending on your region:

• Credit and debit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Your available options will be shown to you at checkout.

How Do I Cancel My Premium Plan Subscription? 

Canceling your premium plan subscription is easy. Simply follow these steps:

• Log in to your account
• Click on “Account Settings”
• In the settings, you will find a button to “Cancel Subscription.”
• Click, and your subscription will be canceled.

Note: This will not refund your active plan. Refer to our Refund Policy to learn more.

When Will My Subscription Renew? 

Your subscription will renew automatically unless you specifically cancel it before the renewal date. 

The renewal date depends on whether you subscribed to a monthly or yearly package. If you do not want automatic renewals, be sure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted; however, dynamic codes you created stop redirecting, and everything else stays available under the free plan limits.
